Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Larrow Nanes purchase. We accept returns on items that are in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Exceptions: For health and hygiene reasons, certain items (such as headwear or intimate apparel) are final sale. Custom-made or personalized items are also non-refundable.
• Change of Mind: Because our merchandise is printed to order, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please review our sizing charts carefully before checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

To protect against fraudulent damage claims, all orders are inspected for quality before shipping. If you receive an item that was damaged during transit:

1. You must email info@larrownanesmedia.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. You must include clear photos of the damaged item AND the original shipping packaging/polymail.
3. Items that show signs of being worn, washed, or intentionally tampered with after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team first to receive a Return Authorization. Once approved, please mail your item to:

Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (PayPal) within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has moved into the production or shipping phase, it can no longer be canceled.
